recruit anyone makes sure that they will be loyal and be comlete idiots ... GO FOR THE COMPLETELY NEW PEOPLEOTHERWISE THEYL BE IN ANOTHRE CLAN SOONER THAN YOU THINK

i say if they are a complete noob you have to take responcibility and train them to be good instead of losing your privilages yung was a complete noob and now he is beating clan members left and right
you must train them cause you never know who will be on top later. though i say that you have to test their courage first if they fight and lose then run without a work forget that noob but if courage they have train them you must and they will get better if you have the time for it thats just waht i think.......the flame of yought must burn
